Extended hours

We offer extended hours by means of telephone consultations with a GP on selected days of the week.

These appointments are for non-emergencies and are pre-bookable only to patients who cannot access the practices in the week (for example patients who work away from home during the week).

Please speak to one of our receptionist team who will be happy to help you and advise when the next session will be. Our phone lines are open from 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm every day except Thursday. Our phone lines on a Thursday transfer at 1pm to the out of hours service.

If you need help when we are closed

When the practice is closed or is out of normal practice opening hours your care is provided by the Sheffield GP Collaborative based at the Northern General Hospital and is for emergencies and problems that will not wait until the surgery opens.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
